FALL ELECTRIC HEAT CHECK-UP

1. Check voltage and breakers

2. Check high limit safety disc and fusible links

3. Check heating elements with AMP meter for proper current draw

4. Check sequence control for proper operation

5. Check electrical connections

6. Clean and inspect thermostat for proper calibration

7. Check return air chases, ducts and filters

8. Inspect indoor blower motor and squirrel cage for cleanliness, lubricant motor, check belt tension, condition and alignment

9. Inspect accessible ductwork for air leaks

Terms and Conditions
Any cost of repair maintenance required as a result of vandalism, misuse, acts of war, terrorism, rioting, acts of God (including lightning or casualty, such as fire or flood), is excluded. Any consequential damages as a result of maintenance or repair, or the necessity thereof including but not limited to damage due to overflow of water, mildew, fire, freezing of pipes shall be excluded from this agreement and shall not be the responsibility of contractor unless due to contractor negligence or willful act of omission.

I agree to lock the stated price per year. It is understood that this service plan is begin and continue one full year from date stated which is to be automatically renewed each year thereafter by payment of invoice rendered, unless cancelled in writing by either party.
